Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Trail Magik carrier, you will be able to return it to us within 30 days after it is delivered to you.

Please let us know if you experience any problems as typically we've been able to troubleshoot and help. We hope you love the Trail Magik Carrier like we do.

In case you do decide to return, the customer will cover shipping back to us.
